LEVELS OF RELATIONSHIPS

Integrate Minds views organizations as networks of relationships. Relationships set the stage and context for how people work together, and the quality of the working relationship is the main determinant of a successful outcome. Hence, besides the formal hierarchical relationships, we distinguish between eight levels of relationships that organizations can manage to maximize results. Integrate Minds’ programs are tailored to deepen understanding and integrate perspectives between functions at various levels, in order to increase the use of capabilities and boost commitment and innovation.
