• APPROACH & VALUES

citat“Organizations, as living systems in which the human energy is the ultimate driver of all production, are webs of infinite informal connections between individuals and groups that either enable or disable success, and hold potential for revolutionary innovation.”

LEVELS OF RELATIONSHIPS

Integrate Minds views organizations as networks of relationships. Relationships set the stage and context for how people work together, and the quality of the working relationship is the main determinant of a successful outcome. Hence, besides the formal hierarchical relationships, we distinguish between eight levels of relationships that organizations can manage to maximize results. Integrate Minds’ programs are tailored to deepen understanding and integrate perspectives between functions at various levels, in order to increase the use of capabilities and boost commitment and innovation.

Individuals’ relationships with themselves: how they relate to their professional role and view their impact within the larger context of their team, division and the organization.

Individuals’ relationships with each other: how they perceive each other’s roles and functions and how their respective responsibilities interconnect.

Team-members’ relationship with the rest of the team: how they relate to their team responsibilities and view its impact within the larger context of their division and the Organization.

Teams’ relationships with each other: how they perceive each other’s functions and how their respective contributions to their division interconnect.

Divisional teams’ relationship with the rest of the division: how they relate to their division’s responsibilities and view its impact within the larger context of the Organization.

Divisions’ relationships with each other: how they perceive each other’s functions and how their respective contributions to the organization interconnect. .

Divisions’ relationship with the rest of the organization: how they relate to their organization’s responsibilities and view its impact within the larger context of the stakeholder group.
